God Cares for You

Jesus cares

Divine providence is God's care for all. He cares for the just and unjust. He shows no partiality, and
he is kind and cares for everyone (Matthew 5:45).

If God takes care of the birds, you are worth more than them. He will take care of you (Matthew 6:26). It’s unnecessary to worry. They neither sow nor reap, yet God feeds them. But should not infer that we need not work for the supply of our present needs. Paul reminds us: “If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat” (2 Thessalonians 3:10).

He cares about your decision and wants to lead you to the path he has ordained for you. A man may plan his way, but God directs his steps (Proverbs 16:9). He cares about your career choice and your choice in marriage and wants you to bring it before him.

In times of trials and temptation, God cares. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond your ability (1 Corinthians 10:13). God does not only promise to deliver us from temptation or testing, but He also promises to limit its intensity. He promises to provide a way of escape, so that we may be able to bear it.

You may be passing through lack and hunger. Hold on, God will not allow the righteous to suffer lack. He will come to save you in due time. David said, “I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread” (Psalm 37:25). God will supply your needs (Philippians 4:19).

God wants to give you the desires of your heart if you delight more in him (Psalms 37:4). If you delight in God, he will give you the desires of your heart in his own time.

Although God cares for us, he wants us to continually request from him through prayer (Matthew 7:11). If human parents reward their children’s requests with what is best for them, how much more will our Father who is in heaven do so.
