Faith That Moves Mountains

David with faith

Faith is the confidence and assurance that something good you expect will happen even when you don’t know how it will (Hebrews 11:1).

God wants his people to move by faith. He wants us to trust him at all times. It’s impossible to please him without faith.

Christ said we should have faith as a grain of mustard seed (Matthew 17:20). A mustard seed is small, but when planted, it grows into a tree bearing fruit. God just wants us to have little faith in every circumstance and put it into action. He will do the rest.

The disciples of Christ could not heal the sick child because of their lack of faith (Matthew 17:15). They could do nothing without it. No meaningful thing is achieved in life without faith.

They were rebuked by Christ (Matthew 17:17). God is angry every day with people who don’t step out in faith to go for what they desire. It is impossible to please Him without faith (Hebrews 11:6).

Faith is stepping out of your comfort zone. You may not have all things available, but you trust that God will provide as you go along. You trust him that his grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9).

A man of faith is a friend of God. He is pleased with him and the ears of the Lord are open to his prayer.  He is a man who believes he can stand and do all things through Christ regardless of the obstacle or storm.

It's important to always move with faith to gain the heart of God. He wants to see our faith and not our tears or murmurings.

To walk with faith, give your life to Christ. Accept him as your Lord and Savior and believe in his death and resurrection.

Faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). After receiving Christ, consistently receive the word of God by reading the Bible to boost your faith.
